PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project follows guidelines, strategic orientations and trends in tourism by involving vulnerable groups. It is aimed at alleviating pressure on the summer tourist season and developing products throughout the entire year.

Project activities are focused on the development of experiences that integrate natural and cultural heritage and on adapting these for vulnerable groups.

In promotion we will fully embrace the digital transformation of the 21st century, with all activities digitally supported.

The project includes a comprehensive approach to positioning the product on the market according to professional methodology: from purchasing equipment, defining the overarching narrative, conducting field research and adaptations, developing three products and digitally advertising those products. In this way, the impact will be maximized in a professionally and methodologically refined manner.

PROJECT PURPOSE

The purpose of the project is to develop innovative, integrated tourist products that will relieve pressure on the summer tourist season, enable better economic conditions for tourism stakeholders by extending the season, adapt products for vulnerable groups and upgrade the company’s operations.

  • Development of three tourist products

  • Inclusion of public institutions (museums, galleries, cultural centres…) in the tourist offering

  • Integration of content (heritage, myths, legends) into tourist products

  • Inclusion of accommodation providers in tourist products

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project followed guidelines, strategic directions, and trends in tourism with the inclusion of vulnerable groups. It aimed to relieve the summer tourist season and to develop tourism products that were feasible throughout the entire year. Project activities focused on developing experiences that included natural and cultural heritage, with special attention paid to adapting content for vulnerable groups.

Within the project, the periods of Napoleon and the First World War were selected as the two central themes, providing the historical framework for the development of integrated experiences. In promotion, the principles of 21st century digital transformation were fully followed, since all activities were supported by digital tools and communication channels.

The project included a comprehensive go-to-market approach based on professional methodology – from purchasing equipment, crafting the central storyline (overarching narrative), conducting research and on-site adaptations, and developing three products, to their digital promotion and advertising. In this way, maximum professional and methodological effect was achieved and the long-term sustainability of the results was ensured.
